P.F. Chang’s welcomes a number of new dishes for the 2019 summer season including Asian Mac & Cheese.
Asian Mac & Cheese features Korean tteok (rice cakes), scallion, and Asian mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with truffle oil and toasted breadcrumbs.
Other new menu items this summer are:
– Tempura Poppers – A combination of crispy-fried calamari, bell pepper, baby spinach, and carrots. They’re served with Sriracha honey dipping sauce.
– Kimchi Fries – Steak fries topped with cheddar, mozzarella, kimchi, edamame, Korean ketchup, and gochujang (a Korean red chili paste) mayo.
– Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts – Charred Brussels sprouts cooked in a wok with peanuts, chili pods, and a classic Kung Pao sauce.
– Dynamite Shrimp Lettuce Wraps – Tempura-battered shrimp and Asian salsa tossed with a spicy dynamite sauce, served with lettuce cups.
